Registration & Cancellation

We’re not able to offer refunds, but if your plans change we’re happy to give you an enrolment credit that can be applied to a future semester.

Enrolment

Classes are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum of 5 families are needed for a class to run.

Missed classes

You can schedule a make-up anytime using the Make-Up & Demo Scheduler on the website. Makeups must be scheduled and used within the same semester.

Siblings & Guests

Our classes are designed for children ages 0–5. Older siblings (6 and up) are welcome to attend at no extra charge. Though activities are geared toward younger children many older siblings still enjoy joining in! Infants under 9 months at the start of the semester may attend free with a registered sibling.

Health & Safety

Parents/caregivers accept responsibility for the safety and well-being of their child(ren) during class. By registering, families agree not to hold Music Together teachers or the program liable for injury or illness.

You agree that if you or your child(ren) are sick, you’ll sit a class out and return when well, to support everyone’s wellbeing.
