Class Policies & Terms and Conditions

We're so happy to have you making music with us!

Please take a moment to review our class policies before registering. These help us create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Registration & Enrolment

• Registration is first-come, first-served, subject to availability.
• Your place is reserved once registration is complete.
• Classes require a minimum of five enrolled families. In the unlikely event that a class cannot run, you'll be offered a transfer to another available class or a full refund.

Tuition, Withdrawals & Credits

We understand that plans can change!

While tuition is non-refundable if your plans change, we're happy to offer an enrolment credit toward a future semester when sufficient notice is given.

• 14 days or more before your semester begins: Full enrolment credit.
• Less than 14 days before your semester begins: Credits are not normally available.
• Once the semester begins: Refunds and credits are generally not available for withdrawals, unused classes or missed sessions.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Music Together® On The Rock.

Enrolments and credits are non-transferable and cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged between families.

To request a withdrawal, please contact Kayleigh by email or WhatsApp.

Siblings & Registration

We love making music with siblings!

• All siblings aged 4 and under attending class must be registered, including babies who qualify for free sibling tuition.
• Siblings under 9 months attend FREE alongside a registered sibling but must still be included in registration.
• Additional siblings aged 9 months through 4 years are charged the additional-child tuition rate.
• Please check with Kayleigh before bringing siblings aged 5 or older.

Make-Up Classes & Absences

Life with little ones can be unpredictable! You're welcome to arrange make-up classes when you need to miss a session.

• Make-ups must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• You may attend multiple make-ups if space permits.
• Make-ups are available within your enrolled semester only and cannot be carried forward.
• Spaces cannot be guaranteed, particularly in fully enrolled classes.

Grown-Ups & Guests

Family members and visiting guests are welcome, subject to available space!

Saturday classes at BAMZ: Our classroom is a little smaller, so we've reduced class sizes to allow more flexibility if two grown-ups would ever like to attend together.

BAMZ membership or payment of the entry fee is required for families attending Saturday classes.

Health & Safety

• Please stay home if you or your child are unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Make-up classes may be arranged, subject to availability.
• Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children throughout class.

Participation & Liability

Our classes involve music, movement, dancing, instruments and play. As with any children's activity, participation carries some ordinary risks, including trips, falls and minor injuries.

We take reasonable care to provide a safe environment. Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their children throughout class and following any safety guidance provided.

By registering, parents and guardians acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with participation and agree to ensure their children are appropriately supervised.

Food & Drinks

To keep our classrooms comfortable for everyone, please no snacks or food during class.

Water, baby bottles and breastfeeding are always welcome!

Class Cancellations & Changes

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, we'll notify families as soon as possible and make every effort to provide a replacement session or suitable alternative.

Photography & Videos

We love celebrating the special moments in our classes!

Photos and videos may occasionally be taken for Music Together® On The Rock communications and promotions, with appropriate permissions.

Families are welcome to capture special moments, but please avoid photographing other children without their grown-up's permission, and always obtain permission before sharing photos or videos that include other children's faces.
